When you close your account, we will permanently delete all data associated with your account, including your profile information, charging station data, session history, and any other personal information stored in our systems.

Please note that this action is irreversible. Once your account is closed and your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting any data you may need before proceeding with account closure.

After account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law for legal, accounting, or regulatory compliance purposes. This retained information will be securely stored and only used for these specific purposes.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. When we transfer your information internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
